Where can I see my invoices?
The invoice is attached to the AWB.
In case you lost your invoice, you can contact us and we will send you the invoice by email.
How can I return my package?
Contact us using the Return Form or at contact@halber.ro.
Within 48 hours of sending the notification, you will receive details of the return procedure by e-mail.
Will you replenish products indicated as "out of stock?"
Yes, but we don’t have an exact date when they’ll be back in stock.
Where can I receive my order?
We have two different delivery methods.
1. Home delivery anywhere in Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria.
2. Locker delivery, anywhere in Romania, Hungary or Bulgaria.
